Note:Look on their website and find their rank. See how high the rank is in the agency and make an educated guess on where that is in the F.B.I rank list. Offer a little bit lower, then if they decline offer a bit higher. If they decline again do not transfer them.

Note:Then make them delete all their badges from previous agencies, Then have them request badges (Tell Badge Admins)
WARNING: Ensure that the person transferring have accepted the offer.

Be organized: Ask the transferee his/her agency's official website and then open the F.ß.I Rank List. Keep this ready. Remember to tell the person transferring to be patient.
Counting: Now count till the badge the person transferring is at in his/her agency. WARNING: Remember to consider the ranks that have privileges and the ranks that are joint.
For Example: Some agencies give RR and admin at a early rank while some give it late.
Choosing a rank : After above consideration . For Example: HR is the 5TH rank badge of SS and however HR is 7th here. Now you cannot offer HR here but you can offer TI which is the 7th badge here. Now what factors were considered?
HR is 6 ranks away from P.C.D in F.B.I which is a shorter list in SS. This shows ranks are at par when you consider the factors of both agencys.
Offering The Rank: Put the offer before the person transferring and explain your calculation. Then there will be usual negotiations and bargaining but do not bend too much and offer a rank too high. Also do not be unreasonable and offer a rank too low. If the rank is not in your transfer limit (check the site), report it to a rank who can transfer or ask the person transferring to come later.
Instructions for the person transferring:
Badge & Motto: Make the person transferring put the appropriate motto along with <AB> on it. Then make them join the main badge..
