Use the following format below to post a meeting.

To be discussed:
All meeting are held in the official [HGB] Meeting room. Please note the following before you post a meeting, you must: -Have an official reason to host a meeting. -Be Presidential+ to host a meeting (Unless you are a Director). -Have an accurate time to host the meeting where people can properly attend (It's best to decide on a poll before posting, or host 2 meetings at different times). -Already have a backup person in-charge of the meeting.
Meetings are not to be hosted if: -They are silly, un-needed and/or not FBI related meetings. Example, hosting a meeting about your favorite food. -You are not Presidential+ -Do not have a backup person in-charge or no topics to be discussed. -Not enough amount of people attend the meeting.
